Click here to download the brochure/game card. Have the business stamp its square on the back of the card. In exchange, the business will give you a sweepstakes entry form to drop in its entry box to win the Grand Prize.

Shopping local makes a difference

If Twin Cities consumers shift 10% of our spending from chains to locals for one day, our local economy gains some $2 million. When you spend $1 at an independent local business, an average of 68 cents is recirculated into the local economy versus 43 cents for each dollar spent at a national chain.

Game Rules: No purchase necessary. Contest begins July 1, 2010 and ends July 31, 2010. Limit one entry per person, per business (no multiple entries for multiple locations within one business). Contest is open to those age 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees, directors, officers, principals and immediate family members of the sponsor and participating businesses are not eligible to participate. All entries submitted become the sole property of MetroIBA and the participating businesses and will not be returned. The information submitted with your entry will be used by MetroIBA and participating businesses but will not be shared with other third parties. The winner will be drawn from all entries on August 16.
